Michael Fields is the head of the Assessment Committee and the University of Delaware’s English Language Institute. He earned a Master’s Degree in Linguistics from the University of Leicester, where he specialized in Second Language Assessment under Dr. Glenn Fulcher. In addition to his duties at the University of Delaware, Michael is also a writer and editor for Cambridge exams. He is a member of IATEFL’s Testing, Evaluation and Assessment Special Interest Group, where he publishes and presents regularly.
