Writing Submission

The ELTSociety Blog is an educational space where we discuss current topics in the field of English language testing. We welcome all members to be a part of the discussion via the comment section and through blog submissions! Please follow the Blog Guidelines below when submitting a post.

  • The blog is updated on the 15th of every month and selected posts will be published then.
  • All blog entries are due by the 12th of the month.
  • The blog post should be from 750-1000 words in length.
  • Blog post may follow topic of the month as determined by the blog committee or be of a topic of personal interest to the writer as long as it is relevant to the field of English language testing.
  • Blog post must be the writers own work and may not be the copied, paraphrased, or abridged work of another.
  • Writer may support their blog post with the works of another so long as proper citations are included.
  • Citations must be in APA 7.0 format.
  • Visual material or related video links are encouraged.
